Cultural Competency Training
Cultural Competency Training is a training mandated by the State-Tribal Collaboration Act to State of New Mexico Employees who have regular interaction with New Mexico's 22 tribes and Native American citizens across the state. The goals of the training are to provide effective communication and collaboration between state agencies and tribes, develop positive state-tribal government-to-government relations, and to develop cultural competency to provide effective services to tribal governments and tribal citizens.
This class is offered free of charge. Seating is limited, please register soon to reserve your place.
