To attain the mission of the State Personnel Office based on statutory requirements, Board philosophy, and the latest Human Resource Management techniques that meet the evolving needs of our customer agencies, employees and the public in a timely and accountable manner.

Employee Objective
The objective of all SPO employees is to thoroughly analyze all situations, anticipate all problems prior to their occurrence, have answers for these problems, and move swiftly to solve these problems when called upon.
