The Employee Evaluation process is more than a mandatory review of performance; it’s an opportunity for you to ensure the success of every member of your team and the mission you serve. The MEP course is intended to support you in that effort. New Mexico State Personnel Board rule 1.7.9.9 requires the Managing Employee Performance course within 90 days of appointment as a supervisor or manager, but attendance is encouraged for any manager or supervisor who might benefit from the course.
