Goal: Make the files staff produce every day usable by everyone.
In this session:
- Structure Word documents with heading styles, lists, and correct reading order
- Write and check alternative text, and fix vague link text
- Build accessible tables and run the built-in Accessibility Checker (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Create accessible PDFs from the source file
- Carry the same habits into emails, forms, flyers, captions, and social posts
