This session of the Management Accelerator will take place over two full days, in-person, on November 17 & 18, 2025 in Santa Fe. Participants must attend both days.
The new Management Accelerator offers a powerful in-person experience designed to fast-track development for supervisors and managers. By bringing participants together face-to-face, the program fosters meaningful connections and valuable networking opportunities with peers across departments. Over just two days, attendees can complete several key courses essential for effective leadership, making it a highly efficient and impactful option for busy professionals. This immersive format not only accelerates learning but also strengthens collaboration and builds a stronger leadership community within the State of New Mexico.
