The course will train on administering formal discipline accurately in accordance with State Personnel Board Rule 1.7.11 NMAC, specifically focusing on preparation of the Notice of Contemplated Action (NCA) and Notice of Final Action (NFA) letters. For HR, agency counsel, and managers/supervisors only.
