They will explore how to: facilitate teamwork, motivate employees, provide positive reinforcement, build a culture of respect, and maintain positive relationships. Collaborative leadership skills can be learned and can help leaders generate exceptional long-term performance. At the same time, collaborative leadership can support employee workplace satisfaction, build a culture of civility in the workplace, and increase employee retention.
