This training will help improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the use of employee discipline at the State of New Mexico by increasing familiarity with procedures and requirements. Learn more about how to implement the disciplinary process accurately and appropriately, as well as to ensure that just cause for disciplinary action is established. For managers and supervisors only.
Registration required. Course is for management only.
