Training is geared toward agency Human Resources professionals and Records Liaison Officers.
Goal of training: This training will assist Agencies in compliance with Rules, guidelines, and procedures concerning Retention, Archiving, and Transfer of Personnel Files.
Objectives of training: After this training, agencies will be able to accurately carry out:
- Responsibilities for personnel files during employee’s tenure
- Responsibilities for personnel files upon employee separation
- Procedures for transferring personnel files to archives
Training is provided by State Personnel Office Training and Development Bureau working in collaboration with SPO HR Services.
