This is the capstone course for the Essentials of Supervision and Management (ESM) program that covers key supervisory and managerial competencies. All ten eLearning modules and the instructor-led “Conducting Performance Evaluations at the State of NM” course must be completed before enrolling in this capstone course. This class is a highly interactive opportunity to review, apply, and practice the learning from the eLearning modules through discussion, role-play, and small-group breakouts to work on scenarios. Following completion of this course, participants will receive a Essentials of Supervision and Management program completion certificate.
